If it is something that I brought on, i would make the call. If it is his fault, i would expect him to know that he should/going to call so we can find a way to get passed this and celebrate together.

If your relationship is about love, the real love, .I think you shall call him or her, no matter what happened, no matter who is right.

Il n' y a pas d'amour parfait, et je pense que se sont justement ces discutions, ces querelles qui alimentent l'amour et qui le font grandir, mais neanmoins si le couple ne sait comment en tirer profiter, prendre le temps de discuter de ce qui s'est passe, ca risquent de terminer sur une mauvaise note.ce sont ces moments la qui donnent a votre relation plus de maturite, une base plus solide et vous font grandir ensemble.

c'est ce que je pense du sujet donc j'espere avoir aide en quelque sorte.

I am no relationship expert but i learn from past experinces.

I allways try to be the humble one by calling first when there is a problem.

Valentine's day or not, your boyfriend or girlfiend is mad just make the call to work things out. Better late than sorry or never.
